Our Mercedes car service

We’ve worked on many Mercedes over the years and are an approved, fully registered independent Mercedes workshop.

A full service should be undertaken every two years, but if you’re doing above average mileage, it’s probably worth booking a service once a year.

All our Mercedes services are carried out in accordance with manufacturers guidelines by highly experienced, skilled technicians.

Is my Mercedes warranty protected?

Yes. If you’re within your warranty period we will carry out a full manufacturer service, which is designed to meet – and even exceed – the standards defined by Mercedes.

Also, we will only fit genuine Mercedes parts, if you’re within warranty.

Updating your Mercedes Digital Service Booklet

Keeping your Mercedes service history updated will ensure your car keeps its value for longer.

When you buy a new Mercedes car nowadays you'll get access to their online system for recording completed services and maintenance, instead of the traditional paper service log book.

Called a Digital Service Booklet, it just means everything is saved to a secure, centralised database maintained by Mercedes.

We have an authorised Mercedes trade account and can update these records for you.

Your Mercedes service at Station Road Garage

At Station Road Garage, we offer three main types of Mercedes services:

It usually takes between two to four hours to do a full service, plus any additional time needed for fitting replacement parts.

Therefore, you’d be wise to prepare for a full day without your Mercedes car.

Don’t worry, we have a number of very reliable loan cars, but please, book one early as they are very popular.

Please remember to bring your Mercedes service and maintenance book with you so we can stamp it. Unless you have a new Mercedes and use digital records only, of course.

You must also leave your locking wheel nut key out for us too.
