Our Mini car service

We’ve worked on many Minis over the years and are an approved, fully registered independent Mini workshop.

A full service should be undertaken every two years, but if you’re doing above average mileage, it’s probably worth booking a service once a year.

All our Mini services are carried out in accordance with manufacturers guidelines by highly experienced, skilled technicians.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling you get after a full service.

Is my Mini warranty protected?

Yes. If you’re within your warranty period we will carry out a full manufacturer service, which is designed to meet – and even exceed – the standards defined by Mini.

When you’re within your warranty we will also only fit genuine Mini parts.

Updating your Mini’s Digital Service History

Keeping your Mini service history updated will make sure your car retains its value for longer.

When you buy a new Mini car nowadays you'll get access to their online system called the Mini Digital Service History.

All new services on your car can now be recorded online, with everything being saved to a secure, centralised database maintained by Mini. This replaces the traditional paper service log book.

Being an independent Mini specialist, we have a Mini trade account and can update these records for you.

Important notes for your Mini service with us…

It usually takes between two and four hours to do a full service on your Mini, plus any additional time needed for fitting replacement parts.

It’s a good idea then, to factor in a day of being without your Mini vehicle.

Don’t worry, we have a number of very reliable loan cars, but please, book one early as they are very popular.

Please remember to bring your Mini service handbook with you so we can stamp it. Unless you have a new Mini and use digital records only, of course.

Also, you must leave your locking wheel nut key out for us too.
